Second debate: when my mother knew that we were training crossfit in the school she started to wonder if she could do it too. I showed her what we were doing and she started to be jelous because she'd like to practise this kind of sport too. When I realised that she was watching Crossfit videos on YouTube I started to worried. I didn't know how her body was going to react to this type of exercise, so I throw a question by Twitter
Third debate: my friend Ana wanted to know the origin of crossfit and I knew the answers :)
This is Ana, my super crossfit girl, she is my neighbour and
she’s 14 years old. She was born on the 14 of june of 2001, we know each other
very good because we have grown together. When we were children we use to play
football on our street. She does exercise twice a week, she says she doesn’t
have enough time. She thinks that sport is very god for our health and that we
have to do sport to disconect from our preocupations.
Observing this great wall that my partners and I have built with prhases that other people have said you can't avoid to want to improve yourself and to be better, to get all your goals.
GOOD IS NOT ENOUGH IF BETTER IS POSSIBLE
MISTAKES ARE PROOF THAT YOU ARE TRYING
BEHIND EVERY SUCCESFUL PERSON THERE'S A LOT OF UNSUCCESFUL YEARS
Watching some videos of @Fuertaco I've discovered that he puts in the description of each video a link of music to do crossfit. Here are some examples:
It has been a horrible week, exams, homework and more exams... But all of this dissapeared with sport and good company! Cycling walk along the
countryside J
Some photos trainig
with my team. What we usally do is to warm up running around the
football court. Then we make some exercises with the ball and we
throw to the goalkeeper in order to imporove our aim (mine needs to
practice more). After that, we play a little match.
The 31st of January
was my birthday and we had a match, so my mates made me a cake as a
gift. Then we won 3-2.
When I'm stressed, I
like going running to clear my mind, as the river is near my house, I
usally go there because is a nice landscape to see while you some
sport.
Doing
sport is okay, everybody knows that moving ourselves we become
helthier, stronger and we live more and better. But, what
happen when you mix sport and assisting people? That's
great! The satisfaction is double; you get over your own goals while
you are helping. And that's iwopi: donate kilometers in order to
improve somone's life, I've donated 10'2 km to a educational project.
I've choosen that option because, for me, education is a basic
necessity to the general society. With no education, the world won't
be better.
I’ve donated 7,44 km to a child operate room in Haiti
because is a shame the life's conditions that those children have and if I can
contribute with anything releated to childhood, I’ll do it. This kilometres are
from the great evening of cycling that I had with Marisabel, from a hiking rout that I did in Cazorla this weekend (it was a shame that my mobile
turned off in the middle of the way L)
and from a walk that I did on Tuesday.
This are some of the routs I have done.
And some photos of the senderism route:
And my healthy challenge!
My mate Marisabel challenged me to do min plank for 3 minutes... It has been very hard.
